Job Description

As L&D Manager you will act as an internal consultant on all matters relating to individual and organisational learning & development, drawing upon appropriate internal and external resources to deliver a professional, high quality, and customer focused service which implements our agreed strategy.

You will also play an active role as a member of the One Management Team, promoting and role-modelling the behaviours and cultural attitude that the Service seeks to embed.
