Accessibility Statement

Diversity Dashboard is committed to making our website as accessible and usable as possible for all visitors, including disabled people and people who use assistive technologies.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, this means you should be able to:

  • navigate much of the website using a keyboard
  • zoom in without the text becoming difficult to read
  • use much of the website with a screen reader
  • access content with a clear structure and readable language

Our commitment

We are working to improve accessibility across Diversity Dashboard and to make key user journeys, including browsing jobs, reading content, and using site navigation, easier for everyone.

Known issues

We know that some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. We are currently reviewing and improving areas such as:

  • heading structure and page hierarchy
  • carousel and slider controls
  • image alternative text
  • duplicate links within some content areas
  • keyboard navigation and visible focus states
  • form labelling and error messaging
  • colour contrast in some sections

We are addressing these as part of our ongoing website development.

Accessibility standards

We are working towards recognised accessibility good practice, including the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible.
