Global Strategies

Webinar Overview

This session will explore the inclusion challenges and opportunities faced by global organisations. Employees can be separated by thousands of miles and spread across several time zones, which in itself is tricky, but to grow inclusion across cultural and legal differences presents particular challenges.

The risks of getting it wrong can be enough to make employers give up on a global Inclusion and Diversity agenda but the benefits are substantial if you are able to flex your approach.  What works in the UK isn’t necessarily going to work globally, and we will be exploring what you can do to navigate a global environment with respect and sensitivity.

What you will learn

  • Considerations you need to address of the challenges and opportunities of creating a global inclusion strategy
  • The advantages of taking a ‘glocal’ (global + local) approach to inclusion
  • How to engage with stakeholders in different countries to engage them in your inclusion journey

Who is this webinar for?

  • HR Business Partners
  • I&D Specialists
  • L&D Leads
  • Anyone who works in a cross country context
  • Anyone interested in understanding and expanding inclusion
