How to Support a Grieving Colleague

Wednesday, August 30, 2023 Online event

Grief is a fact of life, but no preparation can take the inevitable emotions away. Grief is a very personal experience and to support a colleague, we might be not sure where to start.

This webinar aims to broaden your understanding of grief in order to support colleagues around you individually but also more broadly in terms of culture and practice.

This webinar is hosted by Ellen Edenbrow and Ruth-Anne Eghan, I&D experts from Inclusive Employers.

Ellen joined the team as an employee in November 2021 but has worked with us as an associate delivering training for 3-4 years. Before joining the team, Ellen has had a variety of roles in the charity, public and private sector including unions, local authorities, higher education and financial services. Find out more about Ellen.

Ruth-Anne Eghan is an Inclusion and Diversity Consultant at Inclusive Employers. Ruth-Anne’s background began in law, specialising in employment law, law with new technologies, family law, and EU law. Find out more about Ruth-Anne.
