How unconscious bias can affect performance, outcomes, processes, technology and fair decision making
The impact of bias on sport and physical activity
How our own lived experiences and unique perspectives can dramatically influence our decision making
Practical strategies and actions to manage or mitigate the impact of bias
Who is this for?
Anyone with an interest in learning more about unconscious bias and its impacts in the sport sector
Sport sector I&D professionals
Sport sector leaders
