LGBTQ+ Representation in the Workplace: Where are Our Queer Leaders?

Join us as we mark Pride month with a panel event to discuss the role of queer leaders in the workplace.  

At Inclusive Employers, we understand that many LGBTQ+ people may face implicit bias and discrimination at work and can be under-represented in at leadership levels. We’ll be joined by various speakers who will discuss the impact of visible queer leaders on their careers, the barriers that queer leaders may still be facing in the workplace and how we can begin to overcome these. 

This webinar is hosted by Laura Summers, I&D expert from Inclusive Employers.

Laura is a Senior Inclusion & Diversity Consultant at Inclusive Employers, working closely with members to support them with training, consultancy, and their strategic I&D work.
