Neurodivergent Contributions to the Workplace

Wednesday, July 3, 2024 Online

It is estimated that in the UK around 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, and globally around 15-10% of people are neurodivergent. This Disability Pride month, we aim to take a strengths-based approach to explore the positive impact that neurodivergent people have in the workplace, whilst recognising the responsibility on organisations of creating an environment where people can thrive.

This webinar is hosted by Courtney Wright and Nozomi Tolworthy, I&D experts from Inclusive Employers.

Courtney Wright joined the Inclusive Employers team in October 2021, from a Human Resources background, bringing practical experience of implementing diversity, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing initiatives in the charity sector. Find out more about Courtney.

Nozomi is an Inclusion and Diversity Consultant at Inclusive Employers, working with members and clients to provide them with expert consultancy, training solutions and supporting them with their organisation’s inclusion strategies.. Find out more about Nozomi.
