Microaggressions and Banter are key ways in which exclusion in the work place manifests. These are more subtle forms on exclusions which we are more likely to see.

 

In this webinar we will explore the impacts of these behaviours on individuals and workplace culture. We will end the webinar by looking at ways in which we can tackle these behaviours as individuals and organisation.

This webinar is hosted by Tanisha Singla, I&D expert from Inclusive Employers.

Tanisha brings a wealth of experience to her role as Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant. Before joining Inclusive Employers, Tanisha worked in the Education sector including higher, further and secondary Education.
