The new frontier of inclusion: can artificial intelligence help boost diversity, fairness and belonging

Tuesday, June 18, 2024 Online

All this means that staff can focus on more creative and strategic aspects of their roles, which in turns leads to greater job satisfaction, and enhanced prospects for career development.

Artificial intelligence has the potential to significantly boost workplace efficiency, productivity, and innovation: routine tasks can increasingly become automated; large amounts of data can be processed more effectively to provide more accurate insights and support decision making; and key processes such as customer relations, project management and supply-chain optimisations can become streamlined and more cost-efficient.

But what about employees’ sense of belonging, and diversity and inclusion strategies?

In this panel event, we will be exploring the ways in which Artificial Intelligence may positively impact key aspects of organisational cultures, such as inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

This webinar is hosted by Liliana Corrieri, Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant from Inclusive Employers.

Liliana’s subject matter expertise covers strategy development and implementation, stakeholder engagement and consultation, design and delivery of capacity building interventions at all levels, equality impact assessment, audit and policy work, data collection and analysis, and internal and external communications. Find out more about Liliana Corrieri.
