Job Description

The Drama programme at Bromley Schools' Collegiate focuses on developing your skills to teach theatre and performance to secondary students. The programme covers a wide range of areas including acting techniques, voice training, directing, and producing plays. You will help students develop their performance skills, while also encouraging critical thinking and the ability to analyse dramatic texts. Drama history and theory will also be explored, helping students understand the cultural and social impact of theatre.

You will also be involved in managing productions, staging performances, and engaging students in creative and collaborative activities.

Mentoring and Support:

Experienced Drama teachers will guide you throughout your placements, providing ongoing feedback to help you refine your teaching approach and develop strong classroom management skills.
