Anatomy Demonstrator

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity in the School of Medicine and Population Health for someone with a passion for anatomy teaching looking to use their skills to support the delivery of our Medicine and Physician Associate Studies programmes! Our students undertake practical anatomy classes as part of their study of human anatomy. These take place on Mondays and Tuesdays in Term Time and have a significant clinical element, meaning that clinical experience is considered highly beneficial for this post!

We are looking for engaging candidates with a degree in an appropriate subject (anatomy or medicine) and experience in teaching anatomy to medical students using a variety of teaching methods.

A key role of the post is the facilitation of high-quality educational activities in human anatomy to help ensure the overall quality of the respective programmes. You will operate within the regulations stipulated by the Human Tissue Authority and the health and safety policies that apply to the Medical Teaching Unit.

If you are passionate about anatomy, then we would love to hear from you.
