Applicant Services Administrator

Job Description

As an Applicant Services Administrator, you will be joining the Applicant Services Team.

Working with colleagues, you will contribute to admissions support for all stages of the applicant journey, from pre-application to enrolment. The post holder will work with Admissions Coordinators to support a wide range of portfolios, to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Central to the work will be effective relationships with colleagues in the team, academic staff, wider University services and external stakeholders.

The role involves dealing with many applications within a multi-intake recruitment cycle, so we are looking for individuals who are able to effectively prioritise their workload whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work across a wide and diverse range of complex activities are required. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to contribute to review and improve working practices in order to deliver an excellent and efficient service.

Our team is currently adopting a hybrid working model working both remotely and on campus.
