Associate Learning Designer

Job Description

The Flex team within the Centre for Academic Development & Quality (CADQ) are seeking to recruit six enthusiastic and creative individuals to join their team of experienced Learning Designers as Associate Learning Designers.

The successful candidates will already have a passion for digital technology and experience developing media content for online platforms. 

As an Associate Learning Designer, you will be responsible for co-creating engaging and innovative multimedia and web content through the effective use of digital technology. You will also support the Flex Team’s Learning Designers in developing online courses that are engaging, inclusive, and produce high levels of student satisfaction. 

In return, CADQ will develop the successful candidates’ level of expertise and in-depth experience in online and blended learning to support our Learning Designers in creating innovative learning experiences for all NTU students.

This recruitment process will progress in stages, detailed below:

  • Applications close: Wednesday 20th July 2022
  • A digital task is set out to initial shortlisted candidates: Wednesday 27th July
  • Task to be returned: Monday 1st August
  • A selection of candidates are invited to interview days: By Friday 5th August 2022
  • Interview Days: Thursday 11th and Friday 12th August

The interview days will include a selection of group and individual tasks before a formal panel interview.
