Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant Audiovestibular Physician to join our Bart’s Paediatric Audiology multi-disciplinary teams at Waltham Forest, Redbridge, City/Hackney, and Tower Hamlets & Newham.
Waltham Forest and Redbridge is based at Wood Street Health Centre and Loxford Polyclinic & Chapel End Early Years Centre.
City/Hackney & Tower Hamlets is based at Hackney Ark.

Newham is based at West Ham Lane Health Centre.This interesting specialist role will involve working with babies, children and families in our spacious, family-friendly multi-disciplinary centres and taking on the responsibilities of this role within the dynamic working environment at Bart’s will enable clinical and personal development.

About the service: The multi-professional paediatric audiology team is well-integrated, mutually supportive and keen to develop excellent services together. The post-holder would also be part of the wider audiology team, a service of around 100 diverse staff (including screeners), within the forward-thinking Community Health Services, Barts Health NHS Trust.
Predominantly a clinical role, the post holder is expected to provide Medical Input to the wider Paediatric Audiology service at Barts and the Audiologist Led Service.
