You will be comfortable working in a flexible way, at pace, and where you can cover for the other Board Secretariat Leads when required.
Where an individual taking up the responsibility will be based in Swansea Office, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
Hybrid working: You will be assigned to a contractual ‘home’ office, however we believe that a blended approach to where you work – with some time in the office and some time at home, may give you an improved experience and has clear business benefits to us.

Through your excellent organisational skills and experience of MS office packages, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and work to meet tight deadlines, under pressure with changing priorities.
