Working closely with the haemodialysis nursing team the post holder is responsible for the delivery of a consistently high standard of care to meet patient needs and Unit objectives whilst working closely with the Consultant and Senior Nurse/Matron. The post holder will demonstrate clinical expertise within haemodialysis in the assessment, planning, and delivery of care using a holistic approach. The post holder must possess fundamental management and facilitation skills in order to co-ordinate and supervise the activity of Unit staff, promote multi-disciplinary working and foster a supportive, learning environment.
