As a Contact Team Advisor, you’ll be acting as a frontline point of contact for incoming enquiries from customers.

Placing consumers at the heart of your activities, you will provide high levels of customer service, assessing and triaging contacts and considering individual circumstances, legislation, regulation and policy in your assessment and resolution of the query.

You will identify trends, work with other areas across the organisation to share information, escalate queries as necessary and accurately record and maintain data.

Interested? If so, you will need previous customer service experience. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills are also key, as is a strong customer-focus.

Tactful and diplomatic, as a Contact Team Advisor, you’ll be adept at finding ways around issues and will be dedicated to maintaining your knowledge and understanding of current commission processes.
