We are looking for Employer Partnerships Development Manager who will work within a team to drive the development of the full range of University partnership opportunities, including apprenticeships, knowledge exchange, innovation and commercialisation, regional engagement, work experience, consultancy, CPD and work-based learning.

This is an exciting role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and we are looking for an experienced business developer with a demonstrable track record of engaging with business and industry, experience with client relationship management, proposal writing, pitching to clients and securing commercial contracts to meet income targets. Working as part of a highly motivated team you will be expected to perform effectively under pressure, often balancing conflicting priorities, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.  Self-motivated and a creative thinker with strong communication skills, you should be adept at managing both internal and external relationships in a proactive manner.
