Governance Officer
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Governance Officer in the School of Medicine and Population Health.
You will provide support to the School of Medicine & Population Health Ethics lead and Designated Individual (DI) in relation to the ethics process and governance of studies. This is to ensure that the School of Medicine & Population Health, in liaison with Research Services, meets its obligations under relevant legislation and to minimise potential risk to the University.
You will be responsible for the administration of the School of Medicine & Population
Health ethics process, ensuring applications are dealt with in a timely fashion, providing advice and guidance to applicants on research ethical requirements and processes related to the application procedure.
