Your Role: As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the performance marketing strategy across digital channels (paid + onsite) aimed at driving membership conversion. Your focus will be on increasing awareness, engagement, and ultimately, conversion to paid memberships. You will lead A/B testing initiatives, optimise digital marketing campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to personalise user experiences. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta is essential. You will collaborate closely with The Sun’s Head of Digital Marketing and key internal teams to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI.
