Primary Teacher - Fixed term until 26/06/25
Cramond Primary School
Salary: £33,594 - £50,589 (pro rata for part time)
Hours: 19.84 hours per week (3 days per week Monday, Thursday and Friday)
Cramond primary school is looking to recruit a creative and experienced teacher to join their team. Cramond has a great staff team and is a creative, caring learning community who work well together.
Cramond primary is a non-denominational school built in 1975. The school serves the village of Cramond and the surrounding areas of northwest Edinburgh. We are part of the Royal High School cluster and work closely with the other associated primaries of Blackhall, Clermiston and Davidson's Mains. The school roll is over 400 pupils. We have a custom built nursery on site with places for 50 pupils in morning and 50 afternoon places.
There are 16 classes and a large nursery classroom. Other facilities include a new sportshall, a nurture room and a support for learning base.

Salaries will be in accordance with the Scheme of Salaries and Conditions of Service for Teaching Staff in School Education.
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
