The school of Architecture, Technology & Engineering is seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a fixed term period until 31st December 2022 to work in its School office.
Ideally you will enjoy meeting people and have excellent customer service skills as you will be working in a busy office environment and be the first point of contact for our school, meeting and greeting visitors and responding to requests from students, colleagues and visitors.
The duties for this post are varied and will involve the use of multiple corporate systems, databases, spreadsheets and online communication tools. In addition to providing a comprehensive reception service, you will work closely with the School Operations and Academic Administration Manager where you will:
- Demonstrate your administrative and IT skills
- Support a range activities including maintaining the school SharePoint site
- Other complex administrative tasks such as producing reports

The post is based at Moulescoomb campus in the Cockcroft building but you may be required to work across other school sites.
