It is an exciting time for HM Land Registry (HMLR) as we continue on a major transformation programme. HMLR's ambition is to become the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data.

We are now looking for a Service Design and Transition Analyst to join our Digital, Data and Technology team to help us to achieve this.

The IT Operations Practice sits within the Digital, Data and Technology directorate and is responsible for the performance and delivery of all technical infrastructure which underpins and supports the organisation. It consists of a number of technical teams which provide support, monitor and operate technical solutions.

The Service Design and Transition team are responsible for the seamless transition to business as usual of enhancements to existing services and implementation of new services. They work through the solution development lifecycle to ensure that future changes are effectively implemented and supported.

The role holder will act as a co-ordination point between the IT Operations Practice and other areas of the organisation to ensure a smooth transition of services into the production environment, managing Early Life Support and transition of support following that period.

Qualifications

  • Relative experience in an IT field or holds a qualification in Information Technology or a related area (Degree Level or equivalent).
