University Compliance Team Administrator

Job Description

Working within the Student Life and Wellbeing department in Student, Library and Academic Services, you will provide administrative support for our internal processes within the University Compliance team. You will be required to work closely with academic and professional support colleagues across the University, as well as external stakeholders to ensure that the team maintains the UKVI sponsor licence.

A key part of the role is priortising work to meet deadlines, and you will also be expected to respond to student and staff compliance queries. Your duties will include entering data accurately into University systems, distributing visas to students, completing right to study checks at enrolment, and ensuring documentation on student records is up-to-date.

You will need a good attention to detail, IT skills and the ability to work with strict legislation.
