Services and Solutions are top of mind for HP.  Services & Solutions drive outcome at our customers and create a competitive advantage for HP PCs, Printers and the entire workplace. Since Nov we have therefore started with Workforce Solutions the 3rd HP Business Unit besides Personal Systems and Print.

Integrating how Services over Print and PC as well as starting to transform the business step by step into the future, Workforce Solutions is covering for both Print and PS

  • Lifecycle Services
  • Digital Services
  • Managed Services

Responsibilities & Scope

  •  Assisting with Business review preparation
  • Presenting services to HP internal, External Partners and other Stakeholders
  • Key metrices: Funnel, TCV, Revenue and Margin for Managed Print HW, Supplies & Services
  • Assist with Forecasting process
  • Growth initiative tracking and review
  • Business analysis and tracking
