This winter, their Performance Coaching Programme welcomes more professionals looking to enhance their leadership performance. The programme carefully identifies the objectives of each client, and the eight sessions are shaped within the context of individual goals, and the specific demands of the participant’s team or organisation they lead.

Delegates are carefully matched with a lead tutor based on their individual goals, to deliver the most direct and valuable support. Clients have access to additional expertise across RADA’s wider academy, enriching their programme and learning, with a team fully invested in you, your growth and success. Participants gain invaluable insights into their current performance and learn transformative behavioural skills to take their leadership to the next level.
RADA Business’ coaching firstly encourages clients to address the self, by identifying their strengths and developing core skills.
