Job Description

We have a great opportunity at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre North West (AMRC NW) for a proactive and hardworking Factory Services Operator to become part of our growing team.
You will be required to undertake a wide variety of tasks including, maintaining & cleaning a range of areas & equipment including, but not limited to, workshop & yard, CNC machine tools, vacuum cleaners, conveyors etc.
You will also provide labour support for the research teams on the site. Typically, you will have relevant experience in a similar role with some experience working in a manufacturing business.
Formal engineering qualifications are not considered crucial for this role, but experience from a similar manufacturing background would be highly desirable. This role will involve manual handling, use of power tools, cleaning equipment and general site maintenance.
