As well as the blue flashing lights and 999 calls, there’s a whole host of other roles within the Trust which keep the cogs turning.
We have a range of support departments, working behind the scenes across the West Midlands supporting our staff; Human Resources, IT, Finance, Fleet, Press and Communications, Corporate Services.
Generally, our support staff work 37.5 hours per week, although some exceptions apply. Some roles also might include being part of an on-call rota as well.
Levels of education and experience required will vary depending on the role that you are interested in.
