Every year, International Women’s Day on 8th March is an occasion to remind societies about the many barriers still encountered by women including at work, while also energising the commitment to address those challenges and achieve true gender equality.

#InspireInclusion is the theme for IWD2024, to emphasise the role of inclusion in driving fairness, opportunities, and success for all.
