Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a Parts Advisor for an established accident repair company
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock control, planning and organisation.
- To develop and maintain a working environment that fully engages team members.
- Allocation of customer orders
- Organising van routes
- Achieve parts sales targets
- Carry out the team's annual appraisals as well as holding regular 121s
- Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively
Key Requirements:
- You have exemplary communication and managerial skills
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- You have previous working experience in a fast pace environment
- You are able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Experience of parts sales and understanding sales targets
- Previous experience in a parts managerial and warehouse role, preferable
