About the role

You will provide professional administrative and logistical support to the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Head of Philanthropy, ensuring their time is managed efficiently and effective output is generated from both teams.

The main administrative responsibilities will include complex diary management and prioritisation; co-ordinating meetings and documents; taking minutes for team meetings and key project meetings; managing enquiries, emails and requests; meeting and greeting guests; reconciling expenses and department financial admin; organising travel; preparing draft correspondence and producing briefing papers, reports and presentations.

You will also lead administrative and office management for the Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy teams; devising and maintain office systems and space, maintaining budgetary discipline, as well as internal systems and policies management.

About you

The role requires excellent organisational, time management and communications skills to proactively deal with conflicting demands and manage numerous different relationships with the appropriate degree of confidentiality and sensitivity. Significant experience working with a senior manager and the ability to build good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, will be essential. Experience working in a relevant environment e.g. fundraising/visitor attraction/cultural institution would be advantageous.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract: 7 months
