We are a group of passionate and determined people who work to design, develop, manufacture, and race the cars driven by seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton and rising star George Russell.
Our team has set a new benchmark for success during the sport’s current Hybrid era, winning consecutive Drivers’ and Constructors’ World Championships in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, and the Constructors’ Championship in 2021.
At the heart of our performance are our people. Every member of our team has a voice and plays their part in contributing to our successes on and off the race track.
Accelerate 25
In December 2020, we announced Accelerate 25; a five-year programme with the intent to accelerate our efforts and take all necessary actions to realise every advantage of becoming a more diverse and inclusive team.
Through Accelerate 25, we are working towards raising our standards of entry with an ambition to exceed 25% of all new starters coming from under-represented groups until the end of 2025.
Diversity Equality & Inclusion Forum
We take pride in creating an innovative, collaborative, and inclusive culture where all team members are respected, empowered, and valued. To further enable employee engagement, our Diversity Equality & Inclusion Forum, consisting of 25 team member volunteers from under-represented groups, meets regularly to provide their input and suggestions for future focus.
Internal Networking & Events
Over the past year, we have hosted a variety of fun internal networking events; we celebrated Pride Month and Black History Month, held workshops on Menopause Awareness, British Sign Language, Neurodiversity and the Ethics of Ethnic Diversity, and joined the Safe Space Alliance.
We also hold social events for our team members throughout the year.
